    10. I wouldn’t believe the one about eating more frequently, or the one about calorie counting. Also, it’s important to note that everyone’s bodies are going to work a little different. For example, stress and sadness make me gain weight due to rises in cortisol. For others, they may lose weight when stressed or depressed. I tried the whole snacking during the day thing, and it didn’t help me at all. It kept me feeling tired, heavy, bloated and I was at the same weight. But, once I stopped doing that and having 2-3 decent sized meals a day and calorie counting, I lost 4 pounds in like 2/3 weeks.
