    2. I can’t get my motivation to exercise ! That’s terrible isn’t it cause I am member of a gym ugh! Plus, I get tired of going to the bathroom all day so I fail in drinking enough water too. Thank u for your videos they are motivating me…

    3. Can’t sleep. I have always been like that. Once in awhile I’ll take a nap but not on purpose lol I just crash out.

    4. I am a stress eater that’s where the sugar comes in . When I’m stressed I crave sugar . I’ll definitely try to keep that stress down .
