    6. My good friend had lost an ridiculous amount of weight so obviously I was curious. These people suggested that I google โ€œsowo amazing planโ€. After I listened to their advice, I lost 14 and a half lbs.

    9. Hi guys! I just want to start this comment where I update my results and share everything with you guys! Let’s start off by me telling you my plan.
      *All videos by xHIT
      *Everyday so these 3 videos
      – Thigh Exercise for losing fat (10 min)
      – 10 Minute Ab Workout: How to get a 6 pack
      – Cardio Workout: How to lose fat (10 min)

      As for diet, I will be eating my normal which consists of little amount of junk food, no soda, or dessert. Plus plenty of fruits and vegetables. About 1,600 Calories.

      My body type + measurements:
      I’m a 5’9″ 14 year old girl and I weigh 137 pounds. I have a pretty much flat stomach but with more fat on my thighs. I’d say I’m a active person and play many sports. Here are my measurements:
      Arms: 11 inches
      Bust: 34 inches
      Ribs: 29 inches
      Waist: 27 inches
      Hips: 38 inches
      Thighs: 22 inches
      Calves: 13 Inches
      My BMI is 20.7.

      Now I will be doing for for 2 weeks and I will update in a week time. I promise!

      Now keep in mind all of our bodies are different and they work in different ways. Just keep with it and I guarantee you will see some results! See you in a week ๐Ÿ™‚

    11. I’m gonna do this workout twice a day for 3 weeks and I WILL upload my results when 3 weeks have gone (unlike other people who say they will upload their results when they don’t )

I am doing this workout everyday + Arm Workout + Legs Workout + Burn 1 Mil Calories Workout + Inner Thigh Workout + Small Calves Workout + Flat Stomach + Abs and Upper Body Workout with my own designed schedule, I am going to do this for 1 month and I’ll reply to this message for the results! ๐Ÿ™‚

      i’m doing this since one week and guys trust me this really works
      i’m going running 3 times a week 45 minutes and i did this workout everyday and i lost in 7 days 3kg
