    1. I’m using Baritastic, it’s great, you can track absolutely everything, food, drink, exercise, toilet habits, vitamins, supplements etc.

    2. I am like you, I steer clear of all desserts or anything even resembling dessert!!! Or anything even resembling bread!!!

    3. Hello I look forward to all your videos. Such good information. I’m 3 months post op. Battering food addiction is hard. I go on Pinterest sometimes for low carb ideas and run into all these keto bread recipes. So annoying. Do you have a better alternative to Pinterest for recipes?
