    1. Thanks for sharing! We used to spend approx $1200 a month for a family of 6. That’s for 4 adults and 2 little kids. Now we spend $600! 🙂 Your videos got me thinking girl and we’re saving SO much money now! 🙂 I can’t believe how much money we used to waste!

    2. This is how we do things in our house… except for the amount. Our family of 5 spends 300 a month on food cause that’s all we can afford.

    3. We spend a lot on groceries like $200 a week but it’s more than food it’s pet food essentials and baby formula and diapers for our grand son and any other items we need.

    4. We are a family of 5, my mother in law is 81, my daughter 15, my son 9. My husband and I, plus 2 cats and we spent around $560 a month and I can’t make it go under that amount.

    5. Meal plans around sales has helped us the most, and putting a halt to eating out constantly. We live in a great side for food, I’m sure you could find food from every single corner of the earth, which makes it so tempting. But self-control, and doing away with the instant gratification mindset has helped. I used to give into cravings like crazy, but now I have to guide my cravings to fit sales 😂.

    6. For Groceries (including household items) for a family of 4 we spend about $500 a month. That includes diapers, pull ups, and wipes for our two boys. Some months around $400. Can’t seem to spend less then that.

    7. Thought this was a GREAT video that explains how you do your grocery shopping. Very helpful guide and great ideas to consider. Thank you for sharing! (And you look great in this video too!)

    8. I am currently using Jordan Page’s cash envelope method and spend $800 a month for groceries, household, eating out, and miscellaneous all together.  It averages out to $160 a week ($120 groceries/household and $40 for eating out/misc) in a 5 week month.  We have 2 adults, 1 part time child, and 5 pets.  To top it all off, I eat Keto (meat, dairy, and veggies).

    9. We shoot for $150 per person per month for everything. We still have a baby in diapers so some months we spend a bit more if we have to stock up and diapers and wipes or need to restock our pantry or freezer. We’re working toward reducing our grocery spending and trips to the store. We’re trying aware and intentional so that’s half the battle! We’re trying hard to get it reduced down to $100 per person per month.

    10. I like to keep my food and household items separately. So my food budget is strictly food(not eating out). For my family of 4 last month we spent around $380 on food.

    11. When you hit like before watching the video!! For now, I keep money for groceries, eating out and household items separate. I try to buy household items in bulk so it’ll last longer. That enables me to spend all the grocery money on just food.

    12. I wish we had a trader Joe’s or an aldis here lol. The best we have is Kroger, so I do a lot of Kroger hauls on my channel

    13. We don’t eat out very often but I do love the pizza at the Costco little restaurant or whatever it’s called. Whenever we go there, maybe once a month, I grab a slice. Our grocery bill is a little high because we have pets. I love your videos and try to cut costs where I can.❤

    14. We spend $600 on a family of 5. $500 is spent on actual food for breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, snack at school and afterschool snack. The leftover $100 is spent on our household items and our 4 pets. We don’t eat out. Sometimes if we have leftover money towards the end of the month we get take out and bring it home to eat.

    15. For a household of 2, my toddler and I budget monthly for $130 for food and $20 for household items. It is very tight but I have not much of a choice as a single parent with no support of any kind. Thankfully I am debt free so this makes it possible for me to eat organic on dairy and some items within my budget. But yes, meal planning is KEY to staying within budget.

    16. Thanks for sharing Kim!! We are a family of 6 and we spend about $600-$700 on groceries. We used to spend $1000ish dollars monthly. When we were gazelle intense and paying off debt we spent between $400-$500 on groceries but I cooked all meals at home and was super duper frugal.

    17. About €300 a month 3 adults & 1 cat, quality plant based food.I am the same ; my food-budget pays for all things, from toothpaste to kitty litter. When our favourite more expensive items go on sale we buy twice the item, we do not really stock up because we simply wait for the next cycle.Thank you for all your tips thorough out your vlogs, that storage spinach tip is great, I never have “sad” spinach anymore 😉 P.S. When I go with my husband or my 20 year old to do grocery we always overspend LOL , I cannot say no to them 😛

    18. Normally 300-400 per month that does include household items or if we had a newborn it would include diapers or formula as well.

    19. We spent $357 last month on grocery for a family of 4 (two small children). I also lump personal and household items into grocery like you because I don’t want to have to meticulously groom through every receipt. Thanks for your tips; they are very helpful. I’ve started meal planning for the month (rather than weekly) to cut out extra spending and extra time at the grocery store. I only do a costco trip once a month (we live down the street from Costco) and hopefully with our new planning are going even less frequently than once a month. This month was already a big spend at Costco because we needed toilet paper and quite a bit of other essentials that will last for several months.

    20. We’re two people and spend about $50 a week on food groceries. We eat out twice on the weekend. I shop mainly at aldi and sales at nearby stores.

    21. That’s so true, we used to try to separate cleaning supplies from groceries but it got too complicated.  This is very helpful!

    22. We’ve been WAY over lately but a this month we finally sat down together and made a plan and are sticking to it. We’ve been doing it week by week since we’ve failed so often. SMART goals for us now that we are beginners again.

    23. Vegan and mostly fullyraw ( organic of course ) for 2 we spend 400 euros a month, about 471 USD , food is much more expensive here than in US, it includes household too
