    2. I usually search up exercises on YouTube to do at home, write them down, then do them while watching whatever YouTube videos I want. Or I’ll run in place. It makes it less boring and takes my mind of how tired I am. Lol! Love your videos 😘

    4. Ooh, when I have the time to go to the gym, I love using the horizontal leg presses. Feet wide for thighs and feet narrow for the booty 🙌🏻 I always warm up with and focus cardio because I want to get back to the weight I was last year. (Was 59kg, now 67kg – 5’7 in height.) So that being said, I start with the elliptical for 15 minutes, treadmill for 45 minutes and then a bit of strength training!

I’m 17, turning 18 in October and I have a sickness that makes me gain wait.. even if I diet and exercise everyday it’s hard for me to lose weight..and I work at landscaping so I’m active from 5:30 am to 1pm, but my sickness makes me very tired when I start exercising and I also have a cyst on my wrist and it hurts, I’m going to have an operation so I have to stop working out for a couple of months… I can only eat healthy.. Exercising is really easy to start, but really hard to keep up with, like you can go to the gym once and then think its nice but there are obviously bigger and better things to be doing than driving to the gym, committing yourself, and then coming home.
