There’s is only one Intention to keep fasting for our good deeds and benefits but not for losing weight please understand…. Dear Jo, I’m watching and working out your videos regularly but this is not appreciable for losing weight in Ramadan as it is only for gaining and earning rewards from Allah…..

    5. Hii joanna sister. I am from INDIA and i am following you for quite long & i really like the way you present the videos. I do perform the exercises and try to follow the diet ..but for the last one month i am having pain on my right pelvic region .when i finally met a physiotherapist and he said my IT BAND has tightened because of overdoing the exercises. Could you please do video on “IT BAND “and how to resolve the issues caused because of it.

    20. Why are non Muslims making Ramadan videos? Unless you are going to fast according to shari’a then please don’t. Ramadan is not a fitness plan. It is not a fad diet. It is a religious rite.
