    2. I’m so glad you are doing keto! I know you have to be vigilant, after having gestational diabetes. It really is the very BEST way for anyone with diabetes, pre-diabetes or insulin resistance to eat!

    3. I love Keto! Been on it for a couple years. The goal is about 6-7 carbs per meal, high fat and moderate protein. That soup would be a no for me and in the beginning no fruit at all. I do incorporate berries now though. Good Luck. 👍

    4. Yay! I love it. Ive been on keto off and on for a year now and its been amazing! You feel good, extra energy, less cravings and not constantly hungry.
      Intermittent fasting helps a lot too, as well as a carb reset once in a while!(:
