    Hey Guys! Welcome back to episode 2 of my weightloss journey VLOG! In this weeks video you will see what I eat in a week to loose weight while following a ketogenic diet. My weight has always been a really big insecurity of mine which is why I decided to start this new series on my YT channel!     *I am following a ketogenic diet which means = low carb, high fat, zero sugar.

    Spaghetti Squash Casserole Recipe:
    Ingredients:
    3 Cups Roasted Spaghetti Squash
    6oz. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
    12 Slices Pepperoni
    4oz. Diced Tomatoes
    1.3oz. Sliced Mushrooms
    2 Whole Eggs
    1 Tbsp Oregano
    1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
    2 Tbsp Black Olives
    1⁄4 Tsp Sea Salt

    Directions:
    1. Pre-heat an oven to 350F.
    2. Spray an 8” x 8” nonstick baking dish.
    3. Take a spaghetti squash & score w/ large knife. Using a spoon, scoop out the seeds of the squash.
    4. Roast for 35-40 minutes at 350F or until softened.
    5. Scrape out the insides until long spaghetti-like strands of squash begin to pile up.
    4. Spread spaghetti squash evenly on the bottom of the dish.
    5. In a separate small mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, seasonings, and diced tomatoes. Pour over the spaghetti squash.
    6. Top with mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, pepperoni and then black olives. Place in the oven for 20 minutes at 350F and then set to broil for 1-2 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.

    Homemade Pico Ingredients:
    3 Tomatoes
    3/4 Red Onion
    1 Jalepeno
    4 Minced Garlic Cloves
    1 Head of Cilantro
    Salt
    Pepper
    2 Limes Squeezed

    2. I would do almond milk, spinach, and cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa powder with the protein powder because 🙊

    3. Just thought I’d let you know.. that ketchup isn’t sugar free.. it’s just no sugar added! It’s has sucrolose in it! Yes that is an artificial sweetener but it can affect blood sugar, lead to more cravings, and even disrupt hormones and ketosis. Basically, it’s better avoided on a ketogenic diet.
      If your just starting off you should really try to be as strict as possible because you need to get into ketosis !

      The same with tomatoes .. tomatoes have a high carb content and fructose! So I’d watch that.. I wouldn’t eat them when I first started out!

    4. Have you ever heard of Pop Pilates aka blogilates? She has literally hundreds of videos on youtube and her workouts are literally so fun! I’ve been doing her workouts for 6 years now. I do them at the gym, at home, everywhere.
      It’s a mix of pilates and yoga.
      You should check her out! She makes me sweat like crazy and will get you so strong and it’s like lady like, too.
      Weights and machines get so boring and I’m never bored with Pop Pilates!
      Keep up the good work! I gained some weight from being chronically I’ll and I’ve been back in track for a few months and I feel so good!
